Insurance and Tax clients may opt in for SMS Messaging. Phone numbers obtained during the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. This is to ensure that your information is used solely for communication purposes related to our services.
- By opting in to messaging, you may receive information related to billing, policies, audits, policy changes, endorsements, etc.
- Frequency will be determined by the type and number of accounts, but typically would not be more than a couple per month.
- Standard messaging rates (domestic and/or international) will apply as governed by your carrier's contract.
- Opt-In Methods with FCIG are as follows: an emailed response to Opting In, Signed Form with Consent checked on Application, Docusign Request, Call in to our staff.
- Opt-Out Methods with FCIG are as follows: texting "STOP" to any SMS received from us, or email us at info@fcigglobal.com.
